• Another cost saving example was that I changed the structural design to tunnel wall/floor system. This saved the company 682K at the Gables Point a 272-unit apartment project in Miami, FL.
• Professional Builder ranked our company No. 296 amongst the Housing Giants with 37 million in closed sales in 1991.
